Jim will be responsible for expanding the sales effort that will service agency broker dealer desks.  MCAP is one of the largest market makers in OTC ADR's & Foreign Ordinaries, making markets in thousands of securities.

Jim was previously Head of Retail Equity Broker Dealer business at Cantor Fitzgerald where he built the desk from scratch and managed both exchange and OTC sales trading. Prior to that Jim held senior level positions at KCG and Merrill Lynch.
