David Menn
His experience includes work in corporate finance, structuring and debt trading for 17 years. He was previously with International Assets Corp. where he was head of bond trading. Prior to that position he was a Director of Fixed-Income trading at ABN-Amro and a Vice President at Bank of America Securities where he worked in corporate finance, private placements and fixed income trading.
Daniel Hillis
During the past 20 years, he has held senior asset management and treasury positions with Van Eck Global, Coutts & Co. and Banco de Colombia. He served as Vice President at the Standard Bank Group of South Africa and has over 10 years experience in originations, structuring and distribution of fixed income sovereign & corporate debt transactions in Latin America.
Michael Lau
He brings over 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. He was previously Head of Private Placements and Non-U.S. Debt Capital Markets at WestLB and spent over 15 years at Banc of America Securities. Mr. Lau is particularly experienced in bringing issuers with a complex credit history successfully to the market.
Rodolfo Pages
Brings over 20 years of private wealth and relationship management experience. He was the Head of Sales for Latin America at Standard Chartered Private Bank (formerly American Express Bank) and Chief Executive Officer of Stanchart Securities International Inc. (a FINRA registered Broker Dealer). He was Vice President at Bank of America-Private Bank and subsequently NatWest Coutts & Co. Throughout his career, he has held numerous investment policy positions including Chief Investment Specialist for Global Wealth Management responsible for leading the investment product strategy and product distribution through a team of investment specialists located around the world and a member of the firm’s Global Asset Allocation Committee and Client Investment Policy Committee.
Michael Tafur
Has over 15 years of experience in fixed income, structured products and trade finance. He was the Head of the Corporate Desk at Standard Chartered Bank (formerly American Express Bank) where he founded the institutional structured products and bonds trading business in Latin America. He was Vice President for Dresdner Lateinamerika Financial Advisors and John Nuveen Company (formerly Rittenhouse Financial Services in Radnor, PA.) servicing Latin American institutional clients. Mike is experienced in providing innovative investment solutions to financial institutions and treasuries in Latin America.
